For billing and account questions or to request a final meter read, please call 312-744-4426.
For questions concerning status of a pending FPC or questions specific to water account, please email fpc@cityofchicago.org. The City of Chicago Department of Finance Utility Billing and Customer service is committed to processing all pending FPC Applications within 10 business days. They ask all users to only submit inquiries related to the status of pending FPC Applications if they have surpassed the 10 business day window.
