Liquor and Public Place of Amusement Applications

In accordance with Chapter 4-60-040(e) of the Municipal Code of Chicago, this serves as notice by the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, that the applications linked below have been made for a City retailer's license for the sale of alcoholic liquor. Any objection to the granting of a license should be made to:

Objections to the application must be made in writing, signed by the objector, and received by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection within 35 days from the date the application was filed for all types of liquor licenses. Specific grounds for the objection must be cited.
