Advanced Filtering¶

There is more than one way to filter data. By specifying the "AND/OR" operands and applying parameters to a search; the operand will determine how the data is filtered.

For instance, specifying an operand in a setup when requesting all service request that were completed by the city "AND" reported more than a week ago. Likewise, you can find service request that were completed by the city "OR" were reported more than a week ago.
