Why do I need to enter my email address?
Your email address will be used to contact you when you need to activate your account or receive a new password. Please note that you will need to activate your account after submitting this form. Once you submit this form, you will receive an email asking you to click on a link to complete your registration.
Also by entering your email address, you will receive a reminder email six months and ten days before your account will expire.
I don’t have my email address. What should I do?
If you don't have an email address, check the box, "I don't have an email address" You will be contacted by a city agency to verify your information and activate your account. Until then, you are not allowed to log in to the system to update your information.
