The purpose of the Letter of Interest is for DOH to consider the developer and his or her proposal for the development of affordable single family or 2-unit homes on property currently owned by the City.
If the proposal is accepted by DOH, and the land determined to be suitable for construction, all of the steps through Step 8 are performed and only then developer must submit a complete CL4WF application. Please complete this form in its entirety. Incomplete applications may be returned without any action being taken by DOH.

• I have read the Policies and Procedures document linked on the CL4WF webpage.
• This Letter of Interest does not obligate the City to convey property to the applicant or to any other applicant.
• The applicant acknowledges that land sales and development are subject to, and required to comply with, all land use and zoning requirements and other applicable City ordinances.
• All City land sales are contingent on and require City Council approval.
• The City reserves the exclusive right to decide whether to engage in transactions with any applicant.

DOH is accepting Letters of Interest from applicants interested in developing affordable housing under the CL4WF program. All such sales of property are intended to support City plans and redevelopment priorities.
