- You can
reschedule a class for a later date by contacting the Public
Education Office.
- I am a building manager and One of
my employees can no longer attend the class. May I place someone else
in the class?
- Yes, contact
the FireSafetyDirector@cityofchicago.org or call 312-747-1675 with
the following information:
- Employee who can no longer attend
- Substitute Employee
- Payment Verification Pin#
- Date of Class
- I do not have a building
owner/manager but would still like to attend the class. What do I do?
- Register as a
first time user and complete the required fields. Follow the
directions for enrolling in a class.
- I am a Building Owner/Manager and
would like to enroll more than one employee. How do I do this?
- Class sizes are
limited to 50 individuals. You may enroll up to 50 individuals at one
time per class.
- If you require
more than 30 individuals, special arrangements can be made by
contacting the Public Education Office.
- How much does a class cost?
- That depends on
the class you are enrolling in. When you select a class you will see
the cost per seat.
- What is the last date I can sign up
for a class?
- Class
enrollment is closed (2) weeks prior to the start of the class. This
is to ensure that the proper venue is reserved, and all course
materials are available.
