Why do I need a User Profile?

You are required to create a User Profile and User ID for security reasons. You must log in with your User ID in order to manage license and tax services related to your business accounts, or the business accounts of your clients. You may not share your User Id and password with another individual.
Your Information is Secure

Please be assured that all information will be transmitted securely to our servers. Please read our privacy policy for more information.

Set Up Your User Profile

YOU are required to establish a User Profile for security reasons.

You must identify yourself by providing your name and email address.

You do not have to be a business owner to establish a User Profile.

Do not input someone else's name or email address as that will delay the verification process.

If you are a business owner with an existing business account, and we have your full name and email address in our records, your User Profile will be automatically linked to your business account.

If you are an employee, attorney, accountant, architect, engineer, expediter or anyone else who is not the business owner, you should input your own name and email address and not that of your employer. (In addition, we will require authorization from the business owner, in order to link your User Profile to an existing business account.)

You may be required to present photo identification in the future.
