Please open the email and click on the "CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS" link that is located within the body of the email.

If you have not received the email or if the link within the email has expired, please enter your User ID and Email Address into the appropriate fields below and click on the "Resend" button.

You will then receive another "City of Chicago User Profile Email Ownership Verification" email containing a new link. Please click on the "CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS" link that is located within the body of the email.

Once your email address has been verified, you will be able to log into Chicago Business Direct using your User ID and Password.
